Available Hard Disk Capacity
One reason you may have trouble saving files is a lack of free disk space. Check that you do have enough space on your hard drive to accommodate the file you are trying to save. When creating voice track files, they can grow quite large, depending of the length of recording and the storage method.
User Rights
In order to save files, you must have the appropriate privileges in the folder in which you wish to save the file. If you can see the folder and are sure there is enough available disk space, check with your administrator to be sure you have privileges to save files in the target folder.
