Opening an Extended Inventory File (EIF)

When a folder or group of folders has been scanned for .DAF files, the list is automatically saved to a data file named DAFScanResults.eif. Each time a new scan is run, the cart list is saved with this same name, overwriting a file of the same name. You can open the last extended inventory data file by selecting the [Open EIF] button on the main display, or by selecting the file from the [Recent Files] drop down list.

 

In either case, when you select an Extended Inventory File to be opened, all displayed data is replaced by the contents of the opened inventory data file.

While the selected EIF file is being loaded, a progress bar is displayed.
