You can preview a printed report any time you have some data displayed in the audio item list on the main display. Access print preview from the main menu (File | Print | Print Preview), the Print toolbar, or from the pop-up menu displayed when you [Right-Click] anywhere on the displayed data (Print | Print Preview).

Each time you run print preview, the report is regenerated. A status window appears during the generation, indicating progress of the report generation. When the report has been generated, the preview dialog appears.

The preview display shows pretty much what you will get when printing, with the exception that if the target printer is not a color printer, colors will be grayscales.

On Windows XP and above, you can save (export) the report directly to a PDF file. Click on the [Export to PDF] button or select the menu item File | Export to PDF. A dialog appears, allowing you to select PDF options, followed by a prompt to select a file name.

Within the preview display, you can change the appearance of the report before printing or exporting to PDF, including page setup parameters and print design parameters.
